3patt Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 3patt website at 3patt.ws or any associated mobile application, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is entered into between you (the "Player") and 3patt (the "Operator") and constitutes a legally binding contract.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 3patt platform and close your account. Continued use of 3patt after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 3patt, including sports betting, casino games, poker, Andar Bahar, Ludo, and all other interactive gaming products available on the platform. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3patt.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 3patt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3patt strictly prohibits access by minors and will verify age when required.
• You must be a natural person. Registrations by corporations, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to a cooling-off period that you have voluntarily requested.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active 3patt account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

During registration, 3patt collects your mobile number, a password of your choosing, and basic personal details. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date. If your mobile number changes, you must update it immediately via account settings or by contacting support at support@3patt.ws.

3patt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete. Verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect the integrity of the platform.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patt login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Any activity that takes place through your account is considered to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were aware of it at the time.

• Never share your 3patt password with anyone. 3patt support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings. This adds a critical layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 3patt support immediately via live chat. We will lock the account pending investigation.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions placed through your account, including those placed by someone who accessed your account with your credentials.
• Do not access your 3patt account on shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.

3patt implements industry-standard encryption on all data transmissions between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account credentials on your own device is your responsibility. 3patt cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security on your end.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3patt are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• Bank Transfer – IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits made via mobile wallets are credited to your 3patt account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours to clear depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within five minutes of the withdrawal request being processed. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to four business hours.

3patt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 3patt's control. For large withdrawals above Rs 10,00,000, 3patt may conduct a brief verification check before releasing funds. This is a security measure and not a penalty. The maximum single withdrawal amount for standard accounts is Rs 50,00,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

3patt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. By opting into or receiving any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on the 3patt welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. Requirements for other promotions vary and are published on the relevant offer page.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Most live table games and card games contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's full terms.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period and are removed from your balance.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonus abuse: Using strategies that exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting across promotions, or using multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in voiding of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• No-deposit bonuses: Where offered, no-deposit bonuses are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the offer terms. These limits apply to the winnings generated from the no-deposit bonus only, not to funds deposited independently.

3patt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured. 3patt's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 3patt. Specific rules for individual sports, casino games, poker, and other product categories are published in the relevant section of the platform.

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 on most markets. Individual game and table minimums are displayed within each product.
• Maximum bet: Maximum single-event bet limits vary by sport and market. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 3patt reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts where unusual or suspicious patterns are identified.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notification in your 3patt account. Bets that do not receive this confirmation have not been placed. Technical errors that prevent confirmation are not considered placed bets.
• Odds changes: For pre-match betting, the odds displayed at the time you open your bet slip are the odds you receive, provided you confirm before they change. If odds move before confirmation, the platform will prompt you to accept the new price. For live betting, odds may change rapidly; the accepted odds are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed.
• Void bets: 3patt may void a bet if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or if there has been a clear and verifiable error in the odds offered (palpable error). In all void cases the original stake is returned to your account balance.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event. For cricket, this means the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent changes to results due to appeals are not taken into account after settlement has occurred, unless 3patt specifically elects to revise settlement at its discretion.

Casino and card game outcomes on 3patt are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that produce genuinely unpredictable results for every round. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term mathematical average and are accurate. 3patt does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3patt and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any associated balance:

• Opening more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, game errors, or system bugs to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the 3patt platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game offered on 3patt.
• Using funds of criminal origin, or engaging in any behaviour that could constitute money laundering or financial fraud.
• Placing bets on events on which you have insider knowledge or in which you have a direct influence over the outcome.
• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently through your bank or mobile wallet provider (chargebacks).

3patt employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, 3patt reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold funds pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities. 3patt cooperates fully with all lawful investigations.

8. Responsible Gaming

3patt is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming experience. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gaming can become problematic. We take this seriously and provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary break (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion at any time via account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications from 3patt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3patt platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the 3patt platform without prior written permission from 3patt.

The 3patt name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Operator. Use of these marks without written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3patt is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect loss, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 3patt's reasonable control (including internet outages, natural events, or third-party system failures).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses that result from your decision to place bets or wagers on any market — all betting and gaming involves risk and the possibility of financial loss is inherent in the activity.

Nothing in these terms limits 3patt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

3patt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 3patt you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, 3patt collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the data we hold. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements.

3patt retains transaction records, betting history, and account activity logs for a minimum of five years in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. During a self-exclusion period, your account data is retained and your account can be reopened after the exclusion period expires, unless a permanent exclusion was requested.

12. Amendments to These Terms

3patt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — 3patt will notify registered players via the contact details on file (typically a notification sent to your registered mobile number) at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 3patt after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Closing your account does not affect any bets or transactions already in progress at the time of closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of 3patt shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 3patt's operating entity. In the event of any dispute between you and 3patt, the following process applies:

1. Contact support first. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 live chat team. Before escalating, contact support at support@3patt.ws with full details of your complaint.
2. Formal complaint. If your initial contact does not resolve the matter, submit a formal written complaint to the same email address marked "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
3. Final resolution. If after our written response you remain dissatisfied, 3patt may at its election refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. 3patt's decision on the outcome of all gaming-related disputes — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account matters — is final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction where such a right cannot be excluded by agreement.
